A 5-star hotel's central kitchen was generating grease-laden exhaust and cooking odours that were affecting guest areas on upper floors. Municipal authorities had issued notice for odour nuisance from the exhaust stack.
Installed Aerotech grease-resistant centrifugal exhaust blowers with stainless steel impellers, combined with a wet scrubber system for odour and particulate removal. UV-C odour neutralization added as final treatment stage before discharge.
Grease carryover to roof eliminated. Odour complaints reduced to zero. Municipal notice withdrawn after stack test showed 98% odour reduction. Kitchen exhaust system now compliant with FSSAI and municipal norms.
